QLT EMULSION - 1 GALLON
QLT EMULSION

Ulano introduced QLT in April, 2008 as an ultra-fast SBQ textile emulsion with high viscosity. It resists most washup solvents. That has proved to be a key feature now that many ink manufacturers are reformulating plastisols to eliminate phthalates as plasticizers. The replacement plasticizers contain more aggressive solvents. QLT is quickly gaining new imprinted sportswear customers who now require an emulsion with better solvent resistance.

LX-680 DUAL CURE EMULSION

Very suitable for high quality general purpose, graphic and industrial
applications. Latitude, resolution, and edge definition are excellent, which
makes it ideal for fine line and half tone printing. The solids content 38%,
provides superior print quality, and very fast drying. Supplied with a diazo
sensitizer in powder form.
925WR DIAZO EMULSION
925WR DIAZO EMULSION

Produces stencils with excellent mechanical resistance, good resolution
and edge definition, and wide exposure latitude. Stencils are completely
water resistant and very durable.
QTX PHOTOPOLYMER DIRECT EMULSION
QTX PHOTOPOLYMER DIRECT EMULSION

Ready-to-use, ultra-fast exposing SBQ photopolymer direct emulsion formulated
for imprinted sportswear applications. QTX's high solids content provides superior
coating properties, better bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. QTX resists
plastisol and water-based inks, is also extremely durable and reclaims easily. Do
not subject to strong solvents during printing or wash-up.
QT-DISCHARGE DIRECT TEXTILE EMULSION
QT-DISCHARGE DIRECT TEXTILE EMULSION

Specially formulated to resist discharge inks and is compatible with
water-based and plastisol inks too. It requires fewer coats than 925WR,
dries more quickly, and exposes faster. QT-DISCHARGE has a high
(45%) solids content, providing good stencil build per coat,excellent
mesh bridging of coarse mesh, and fast drying. It utilizes a powder
diazo (rather than 925WR's syrup), and requires no UPS shipping up-charge
