Setting up a Screen Printers Resource account is simple, just follow these three easy steps:

1. Download and complete a Resale Card (Resale Card PDF 48k)
2. Download and complete a Credit Application (Credit Application PDF 84k)
3. Fax your completed Resale Card and Credit Application to 714-441-1196

Once we have received the completed Resale Card and Credit Application, we’ll notify you of acceptance and payment terms within 48 hours.
