WOW-1015 Softee Base mixing base is designed to optimize wet-on-wet printing where a softer hand is desired. Softee Base is a useful tool for reviving old inks, extending inks on lighter colored garments, and useful as an additive to eliminate build-up on the print-face of the screens during long print runs.
