SHIPPING POLICY

FREE FREIGHT -Orders over $199.00 shipping within the Western United States

• Applicable only to standard stocking supplies.
• Special orders and equipment are not included.
• Carrier to be determined by SPR.  

• If you happen to be in one of the outlying zip codes of our truck route, we will ship your minimum order of $199.00 via GLS.
• Or you can choose to ship UPS for your convenience (does not qualify for free freight)
• Your order will ship within 1 - 2 business days - please allow time for any possible shipping delays.

GLS AND UPS

• Please have orders placed by 2 pm (PST) for same day shipments shipping via GLS.  UPS cut off is noon (PST).
• With delays out of our control, some orders may take longer to ship.
• Carriers are not guarantying that their schedules will be met.

Out of California

• We will ship your items via GLS when possible or UPS
• Please have orders placed by 2 pm (PST) for this next day delivery service.
• Freight will be added to any order shipping out of CA
• With possible delays out of our control, some orders may take longer to ship.
• Carriers are not guarantying that their schedules will be met.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

• All freight shipments will ship Fed Ex Freight
• Please allow 1-2 business days to ship your order
• Additional charges may incur 

BACK ORDER POLICY

• You will be notified within 1 business day if any item is not available for immediate shipment
• Your back orders are covered for free freight if you meet the conditions stated above based on your location.

RETURN POLICY

SPR strives to give you the best products and services for your company. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, or service please give our office a call so that we can work together to resolve your issue. Once return has been authorized you will receive an authorization number and shipping arrangements for items to be picked up and shipped back to our returns department. Please reference your RMA# on the outside of your box and include a copy of your original invoice.  Returns will incur a 25% restock fee unless waived at time of RMA processing.
